At Blended Kollections Brand LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom apparel and laser-engraved products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
14-Day Return Window (Non-Custom Items Only)
We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be
unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be in
original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Approved returns will be issued as a refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.
No Refunds on Custom or Personalized Orders
Due to the nature of custom work, all custom and personalized apparel and products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
Customer-approved designsCustom logos, names, numbers, or textCustom colors, sizes, placements, or materialsApparel or items produced specifically to customer specifications
Once a customer has approved the design, mockup, or proof, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos to evaluate the issue. If approved, we will:
Replace the item, orOffer a refund or store credit at our discretion
Damage caused by wear, washing, misuse, or improper care is not covered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, especially for custom items.

Designs created by Blended Kollections Brand LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed to in writing.Client-provided logos, artwork, or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.By submitting artwork, customers confirm they have the legal right to use and reproduce the provided designs and grant Blended Kollections Brand LLC permission to reproduce them for production and promotional purposes.
Use of Images & Marketing Materials
Blended Kollections Brand LLC reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and images of completed products for marketing, advertising, social media, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production.
Unauthorized use of our designs, images, or branding may result in legal action.
